My call was supposed to be answered within 5 mins. Ryan reported an hour I have been dealing with a home internet issue for over a month.hang up but not b4 telling me to switch to and that's what I'm doing! You guys have gone Bad! Mike reported an hour paying $245 a month, way too much, I'm getting zero help for no service for 2 months, (data packet loss) been w/ Comcast/Xfinity for over 35yrs.I work from home and currently losing clients. reported 46 minutes my internet has been down over 24hrs here in South ATL. reported 41 minutes my internet has been down over 24hrs in ATL please fix it I’m losing money working from home.winter reported 7 minutes I want to know how you have the absolute AUDACITY to shut off a first responders service, after saying I have a free 6months for being a first responder and my bill was only a couple of days late when I wasn’t even supposed to have one.Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
